(b) Discuss the fouls a journalist is likely to commit to be guilty of contempt of court. (10 Marks)
- A journalist, who is your colleague, was indicted for reporting a defamatory statement against a popular politician. Discuss the points he could raise as defence options in law court (23 Marks)
- (a) Give at least three examples under each of the following components of Nigerian Legal System: (13 Marks)

(b) Discuss at five external influences that affect Nigerian Legal System. (10 Marks)
- Discuss with at least not less than five points and numerous examples why law is essential in Nigeria. (23 Marks)
- (a) Highlight at least five works that could be copyrighted in Nigeria. (10 Marks)
(b) Discuss the proofs that can be used in law court to establish that libel has taken place. (13 Marks)
